Dissertation: Non-invasive EEG Functional Neuroimaging for Localizing Epileptic Brain Activity

On Friday, March 1st 2013 at 10:00 Yazdan Shirvany is defending his thesis “Non-invasive EEG Functional Neuroimaging for Localizing Epileptic Brain Activity”.

Yazdan Shirvany is a PhD student in the Signal Processing and Biomedical Engineering division, and team leader for a functional neuroimaging research project, carried out within MedTech West. The aim of his research is to develop a non-invasive, clinically-viable, time-efficient method for localization of epileptic brain activity, based on EEG source localization.
