From Human Health to Biosustainability – Future Challenges for Life Science at Chalmers

This year’s initiative seminar focuses on future challenges, from human health to biosustainability, in the life science area. The goal of the meeting is to establish a mutual interdisciplinary platform to tackle these challenges through excellent research and education, and their subsequent innovations. The diverse field of Life Science will be displayed by oral presentations, a poster session, and the Life Science Engineering Area of Advance exhibition in Kuggen.

The conference will cover the following topics:
Human Health and Nutrition – key note speaker Mathias Uhlen (KTH)
Health Technologies – key note speaker Mikael Persson (Chalmers)
Biosustainability – key note speaker Jens Nielsen (Chalmers)
 The conference addresses researchers, including PhD students and master students working in the field of Life Science at Chalmers and GU, but is open for anyone interested in Life Science. The conference is free of charge.
